Power up / Wake up time

I am not able to find data for wake up time information for Hercules devices, I need wake up timing from different Low power modes.

Also, power up sequence and its timing.

System clock start up time also will be useful.

My cusomer is validating TMS570LS20216.

In general data on the time for POR , clock stabilization and wake up times for Low power modes will be helpfull, this cna be common for RMx and 570 series right?
