Stellaris LM4F120X Flashing and Debug

Im planning to make my own application based board using Stellaris LM4F120x Controller. If i have to use CCS v5.2 do i have any limitation in using the flash, also guide me on how to make the debug circuitry on my own board.

And i also want to know what is "Full Functional Board Lock for CCS" that has been mentioned in the Stellaris launchpad Evaluation kit(LM4F120X).

Isn't such "debug circuitry" essentially pull-up resistors upon each/every JTAG pin?

Have you realized that there is a 2nd LX4F MCU on your board - and that this MCU is specially programmed by TI to manage both the debug and programming process?  Including this additional MCU - upon each/every of your hoped for "production boards" - may add unnecessary expense.  (this is why JTAG Probes exist)

It's not w/in my place nor ability to answer the TI specific issues you raise...
