I am using Windows 7 and Hercules Development Kit TMS570. The flash download works fine.

But when I try to run one of the Demos.Then I get the error message "Connection to be microcontroller has been lost,please hit the reset button and try again".

I tried disabling Windows Firewall/Microsoft Security Essentials and running in compatibility mode of Windows XP Service Pack 2 and 3.

Yet the same problem persists. How do I bypass this problem.

Can you please confirm that you power-on reset the board after burning the demo into the flash?

Yes, I power on the board after that. I just installed a newer version of the Safety Demos. V3.01. It is now working.

I have a problem with CCStudio.

I followed the solution with the following link:

It suggests changes to be made through halcogen. How can I do this within CCStudio.

I am using a TMDX570LS31HDK development kit and CCSV4.2.
