M4F access USB mass storage for NTFS file system

Hi sir,

Does M4F could access the NTFS file system for USB mass storage ?

  • I am guessing a bit on this that FAT is the system of Choice for CORTEX and SD/USB stick -- maybe even FAT32.

A bit of looking around shows that FreeRTOS supports FAT maybe have a look there.

You can search www.ntfs.com and the FreeRTOS site. Google searches don't turn up much except FAT capability -- which you already knew.

Certainly on LINUX you can get NTFS capability.

    look here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_open_source_operating_systems

You can learn a bit on the WIKI comparison page as to what supports it -- only the higher end MCU OS systems.

  • I guess the answer is yes -- but that does not mean it is what you want.
