    I am intersted in taking lm4f232 evalution kit. My  question is that possible to write our own code using software that are supportable  ?

    TI provides a truly wondrous software pack - called StellarisWare - which considerably eases, speeds and empowers your software development.  It is superbly supported on this forum and thru direct access to dedicated and talented TI programmers and engineers - worldwide.

    Unclear as to, "your own code" - suspect any avoidance of StellarisWare would be folly - cost you time, money, effort.  StellarisWare will support your individual programming requirements - as it has for thousands before you.  (and thus has received great scrutiny - has clearly "passed" the test of time...)  (same may not hold true for, "my/your own code...")
