Hallo!

Is it possible to use RM48 HDK emulator for progtamiing target rm48 chip? Or I must use any other emulator?

In theory, you can. You will need to remove the device on the HDK board and bring out all the JTAG signals. I do not recommend it because I do not think it would work in reality. You'd better find another emulator.
