Cortex-M3 with ethernet: which chip will be available for the longest?

Preface: I contacted the local TI office (sunnyvale), finally talked to somebody, who then never followed up.  Pretty frustrated with TI.

I have a design that can't wait for the rumored, NDA required (which I'm happy to do, but again, I'm not getting actual follow-up from humans at TI) LM4F parts with ethernet.  Perusing the forums indicates they will be ... sampling? in production? at the end of 2013.  I can't wait a year, after 4-5 years the Chinese have finally made a product similar to my own, and I need to move the goalposts on them and the little niche industry I'm in.  Now.  Not a year from now.

So here's the question in a nutshell:  of the following list, which is most likely to be available longest for qty 500/1K purchases?   (any with 384K of flash or more is good, cannot be BGA.)

lm3s9c97: 512K, 64K sram
lm3s9d90: 512K, 96K sram
LM3S9D92: 512K, 96K sram
LM3S9D96: 512K, 96K sram
lm3s9u81: 384K, 96K sram
lm3s9u96: 384K, 96K sram

Thank you!
