Some newbie questions

Hi!
I'm in internship and I have to "play" with the RM48 HDK.
I run the Hercules_Blinky_Example, but onyl in debug mode.
My first question is : how to run a program directyl from the card? I mean, without any PC link. (maybe I have to load a bootloader?)
My wish is to run a program that print some texts, and to display these texts in a Hyperterminal.

Then, here comes my second question : how to configure the hyperterminal for the RM48 card?

Hi RollingPierre,

1. If you want the code run standalone. You need to program the code to the flash using either CCS (code composer studio) or NowFlash (flash tool available on TI webpage, http://www.ti.com/tool/nowflash).

2. The configuration of HyperTerminal is based on your code in the flash. For Blinky sample project, please use 19200baudrate, 8data, 1stop, no parity, no flow control.
