Hello,

The datasheet currently available on TI’s website for the RM48Lx50 (September 2011) shows a “Product Preview” marking and, more specifically, is showing Icc current as TBD for the core.  When would a final release datasheet be available that fills in some of these values?

    Hello,

    We are in the process of making updates to these datasheets. Until the RM48Lx50 datasheet becomes available, you can refer to the RM48L952 datasheet at http://www.ti.com/litv/pdf/spns177a.

    This datasheet includes an ICC specification for 220MHz max CPU operation. For a 200MHz operation (max for RM48Lx50), you can reduce the max ICC specification by 20mA, as also indicated in the footnotes of the operating current specification table.
