"Hello World 'Error Initializing emulator'"

I received a Stellaris EKS-LM4F232 Evaluation Kit. Operation of the on-board program works fine with the display as well as when interfaced through WinXP. After installing Code Composer Studio, I attempted to execute "Hello World". I get a console error as follows: "Error initializing emulator. Error loading FTCJTAG.dll". I checked and the file does exist in the directory prompted by the console. I need help....Regards, Steve
