download the Stellaris-Ware. There you will find the Header-Files and lots of examples.

Stellarisware is what you want, it has many useful examples and libraries to use for development. Once installed please look under the Stellarisware\boards\ek-lm4f232\ directory for all the examples. (blinky, bitband, bootdemo, interrupts, hibernate, uartecho, and many more)

StellarisWare is the one you need. You will be having all the code examples along with the user manual in the CD that was provided by TI along with the Development kit. In-case if you didn't receive the CD you can download the same from TI site of your Controler.
