LM4F Temperature Range

Hello,

Any chance that the LM4F will be rated for -40 to 105C?

If there is a roadmap for this extended temp range what is that time frame?

    The official answer from the marketing department,

    "The following superset  devices will be offered with extended temp (-40C to 105C) specifications at RTP (March 29th):

    -        LM4F232H5QD

    -        LM4F232H5QC

    -        LM4F232H5BB

    -        LM4F231H5QR

    -        LM4F230H5QR

     

    We have the ability to make other LM4F part numbers available in extended temp but the sales representative will have to make a business case (volume and AUP)."
