Hi, there

I consult the RM46 devices's technical reference manual.

Now I saw "The VCLK4 domain is used as the clock for the eCAPx modules"

But, in Halcogen, seem the VCLK4 connect only EMAC

So then if I change the VCLK4 value, do it affect all of functions connected VCLK4?

And if I want to change only eCAPx's clock source, can't I change it?

Hi,

The VCLK4 clock domain is used for all instances of the ePWM, eCAP and eQEP modules. Any change made to VCLK4 will affect each of these modules.

The clock domain used for the EMAC is called VCLKA4.

HALCoGen is just a software support tool. It may not support all features on the device. For clock domain information, Please use device datasheet as reference. You can find the clock tree diagram at page 68 of RM46Lx50 device datasheet.
