LM3S series all in NRND state?

There is no change in the LM3S product lifetime. TI plans to accept orders for as long as the LM3S devices can be built. The use of StellarisWare is compatible with the Cortex-M4F devices. You should be aware of some system improvements in the Cortex-M4F devices like pin mapping and functions, peripheral functions, clocking, ect. If you have any specific questions regarding your application, feel free to ask them in a separate thread to allow the TI applications engineers help you.
