Altium Designer can import orcad capture *.dsn file and translate it to *.schdoc format. Altium also has tool to convert Allegro PCB layout to *.pcbdoc format.

I tried to import the .dsn file in the Altium Designer 10, maybe it's not a proper version or something else, I cannot import the file successfully. The project is ok but the library is not, so there are some components lost in the .schdoc files. And the pcb layout files which you mention are the gerber files  available in the WIKI?

Maybe it's because I'm not familiar with the software so much,however, if you can translate the files in the cadence into Altium Designer, can you send them to me? The email is 11120323@bjtu.edu.cn.

I am sorry I don't have Altium Designer installed. Please visit Altium WIKI for more information about importing orcad files. I am not sure which format does Altium import accept (max, or brd). I have brd format only.
