I'm starting working with Hercules development kit.

After installing the CD-ROM I tried to start Code Composer Studio, but it mentions that no valid license is found.

CCStudio would be included in the Hercules Development Kits.

Should I do something?

    Matteo,

    The Hercules development kit includes an XDS100v2 emulator, and you can generate a free license for CCS that is limited to the XDS100v2 emulator.
