two TMS570LS3137 connected in daisy chain by means of FT2232H , does this work?

          I want to use FT2232H which has JTAG interface to connect two TMS570LS3137 in daisy chain , in this way ,I upgrade the TMS570LS3137 separately ,is there any problem to do by this means?
