There is a mistake in document SPNU508A (User's Guide of RM48 Hercules Development Kit (HDK)).

Please check the document User's Guide of RM48 Hercules Development Kit (HDK) (SPNU508A, Revised September 2012). 

It should be Table 2-6 for J9, Expansion Connector P1 and Table 2-7 for J10, Expansion Connector P2.

Please check other connector tables as well and revise a new version of the document.
