I said "I connected JTAG pins with LM3S9D96 according to the wiki.".

And the problem exists. What will be a problem?

The problem is related to tutorial code. Other project such as blinky is debuged correctly. I suspected CCS and Debugger.

I need to program Tm4C1236H5qr using stellaris lm4f120 launchpad. I connected  Tm4c1236h5qr with launchpad but not working.. there is error "target is not initialize  " can you tell me the process you followed in poject
