Configure ADC samples and ADC calibration

I am using the microcontroller TMS570LS3137, I don´t know if it is possible to configure a number of samples of the ADC before enable interrupt, in order to perform a more reliable conversion.

My setup is:

12 bit resolution

Single conversion

If that is possible, what are the registers that I should set?

I did not find related information on specific datasheet.

Another question is, What is the correct sequence for a best ADC calibration?

I would appreciate so much if someone can help me, please.

Hello David,

If you have a finite number of conversions you want to perform before an interrupt is genrated, you can configure a conversion group to generate an interrupt after a threshold is reached. This feature is described in the TRM (http://www.ti.com/litv/pdf/spnu499a) in section "19.5.2 Group Memory Threshold Interrupt."

The recommended calibration sequence is described in the same TRM in section "19.8.1 ADC Error Calibration Mode" with sequence specific details in sub-section "19.8.1.2 Calibration and Offset Error Correction Sequences" with additional information.
