questions about TPS65381

I read the datasheet for TPS65381, it needs IGN signal, in datasheet "spna176",TL7700 is used to simulate IGN siganl ,but TL7700 operating temperature is 85°C,is there other similar IC can work under 100°C or above?

the TPS65381 has an included voltage monitoring. Why is additional circuit like TL7700 needed?

The IGN pin can be driven direct from the supply to turn the device on

The TPS65381 can cover all requested functionality because it's designed for safety applications.
