On the RM48L950, I see this is ACTIVE on the webpage, so it is already released.

Here are the information I got from our marketing team.

RM48L952 sampled today as Rev_C

RM48L950 Rev_C fully qualified (TMS) by end of July 2013

RM48L950 lead time after TMS release: 90days+8 weeks

TMS is the fully tested and released silicon, TMX is the pre-release, used for testing and EVMs.
