Recommendation needed for development kit

Hello all,

I need a recommendation for which developers kit to purchase.

My project has these key specifications, all other parameters are configurable depending on controller/development kit requirments

1. One USB port for communications (USB to Serial)  to a external device. (if possible baud 115,000)
2. Bluetooth communications (data only, no voice) with host pc / iOS / other
3. Minimum 10k memory for communicated data
4. Minimum 25k for code space
5. 10 GPIO

Nice to have:

1. TCP/IP (preferably WIFI 802.11n)
2. Power input: variable, (preferably 3.3v)
3. Power consumption: lowest as possible
4. Speed: highest as possible
