TMS470 CCS release and debug mode

Hi Forum members

i am using TMS470 in my design

The code is running fine when the .out file is compiled in debug mode and downloaded to device.

If we compile same code in release mode and download .out file, the code does not work properly in the microcontroller

Would please first check if there are any difference in compiling options between debug mode and release mode in your setup?

Hello Ramkumar,

I see that you posted this thread several weeks back and it is not yet closed or verified that a solution has been found. Were you able to investigate the differences in the build options between the debug mode and release mode? If so, were you able to align the differences such that your code is now working for both options? If not, can you share the build options for both or provide a project/code so that we may investigate what might be causing the issue?

we followed the same settings which is in debug and applied for the release mode also, we could able to come out of the problem. its basically problem with the settings.
