Dear All & some one can help?

my customer found issue with this "TM4C123GH6PMI" http://www.ti.com/product/tm4c123gh6pm#technicaldocuments

Issue:

1) RTC can't set to be real time.

- How to set?

2) UART can't use to 8 channel 

- How to set?
