In the Antares Device TRM spnu489c.pdf, within HETLBPDIR I find that IODFT ENABLE Bit Field information is confusing.

Can you please clarify whether 0x05 is ENABLED for IODFTENA? Because it is also showing 0x0A as ENABLED for IODFTENA.

Also, what is the RESET VALUE of IODFTENA?

Hi Pashan,

The reset value of IODFTENA is 0x5. Writing 0xA to IODFTENA is to enable IODEF, and writing any other number will disable IODFT.

Hello QJ,

For the TMS570LS0432 Corona Device spnu517.pdf, is it the opposite of Antares Device?

I see in spnu517.pdf as 0x05 enabled IODFT.

Please confirm what is the correct value for IODFT ENABLE in Corona device. Is it also 0x0A?

If yes, the spnu517.pdf is wrong. Please confirm.
