Does STC Selftest Timeout guranteed to set TEST_FAIL bit?

Hello Support,

During STC selftest, if there is a timeout then only TO_ERR bit is set

TEST_FAIL and TO_ERR bits are SET together?

The TEST_DONE and TEST_FAIL are both set when a failure is forced during STC (STC selftest) or if a timeout error occurs. We will update the description of this register in the TRM.
