SDCARD size FATFS

Hi, friend, I'm working with FATFS and stellaris Launchpad. I test my device with SD card of 2, 4 and 8GB. FATFS can work with 32GB? Anyone now about update of FATFS to work with 32GB?

Hi, I verified our sugest and I found the follow information:

Volume size: Depends on FAT specs. (upto 2T bytes on 512 bytes/sector)

Then if I format 32GB sdcard with FAT32 and 512bytes/sector, can I use 32GB with FATFS?

We expect that it should work but have not tested on cards that large yet. Just make sure that the SDHC card you're using has a sector size of 512 bytes.

Hi, thanks again for attention, then when i was execute format on SD card my win7 give me the follow options:

Then my question: What I need to do to 32GB work , or when I can format SD card with FATFS recomendations

Hello,

Do you know if I can decrease the number of bytes per sector? I would like to use 128 instead of 512 per sector!
Is it possible to change the FATFS library in order to support even smaller sector sizes?
