question about pin use of TMS570LS3137

HI

       I find TMS570LS3137 has pin P11 which is uesd as VCCPLL1, it is only one pin,can I connect it to CORE_VCC?

       Also,Pin F8 which is named VCCP,it is used for Flash pump supply,can I connect it to IO_VCC?

       I'm busy designing  PCB, I hope to get your answer soon .
