Hello Support,
As mentioned in spnu517.pdf TRM, EFCPINS will read as ZERO for the LSB 10 bits of DATA.
But I am getting as 0x2E0.
Please help about the discrepancy.
Thank you.
Regards
Pashan

Hello Pashan,
I have read the same value on my bench system and I highly expect this to be a documentation issue only. To be certain, I am discussing this with another member of the apps team that has more history with the eFuse IP. I will ping him to see if he has had an opportunity to look into this further.
Hello Pashan,
I have confirmed that this is an error in the definition of the EFCPINS register bits9:0. The correct information would be R-x below the bits in the register diagram and read values can be either a 1 or 0 in the bit field description table. I have submitted a document feedback/bug for this so that it can be corrected in the next document release.
