USB Firmware Updation

    Based from Tivaware Bootloader User Guide (SW-BOOTLDR-UG-xxxxx.pdf). See below.

   "The boot loader can be built to use either the UART0, SSI0, I2C0, CAN, Ethernet, or USB ports to update the code on the microcontroller."

I am sorry i just missed a few words , I'll rephrase my question : What are the different ways  in which we can upgrade the firmware on Tiva TM4C123GH6PZ  via USB and also links to documents / resources to do so
