I I'd like to know if there are ucos2 RTOS for TMDX570LS31USB USB stick evaluation boards and please tell me where can I get the ucos2 code example.

Hi,

You can download the ucosII project for the TMS570LS31 from here: http://micrium.com/downloadcenter/download-results/?searchterm=hm-texas-instruments&supported=true. It was developed for the HDK hardware but the USB stick is basically a subset of external features using the same MCU.
