In a previous post (broken graphic layout) Prathap wrote HALCoGen would be moved into Eclipse around mid-2012.
we are now mid-2013 and the last version is 03.06.00, considered "production stable".
We are a team custom do work on Linux and HALCoGen ran under Wine looks like total crap because there is no way to find a correct font for it, and the underlayer is way desync, it's very hard to make sens of it :/
