Im a newbie on MAC with LM4F120 XL Help Install

Hey...   I have downloaded and installed VirtualBox and sucessfully got WIndows XP up and running on it.

Im on a Macbook Air ....   and I am new to it also...   so I am in the land of being at the mercy of internet help

Even worse,  Im a uni student...   so everyone here has an opinion which differs from everyone elses...  and none of them have what I have...

I have XP running...  I have I think been able to share the USB port...   I have not installed drivers, but whenever I attempt to connect the stellaris to the XP virtualbox...  it tells me its already in use...   

is there a step by step do this for newbies?   seriously,  if windows were the only operating in the world, we would all be brainwashed...   I thought I would give the mac a go...  and I am putting on a UBUNTU partition also...

There really should be an easier way to depart windows...

    like most newbies i just was not patient enough...   a reboot enabled all of the shares to happen...  so my XP virtual box is now talking wonderfully to my MAC drive...   all my folders work and all of my USB ports work...   so the stellaris is now connected...    and working...

    All is well with the world.
