Relationship between flash memory size and power consumption

Hi everyone,

I'm about to choose between two Tiva MCUs one with 128KB of flash memory and the other one with 256KB.
My code can be fit in both parts. Assuming that I'll run the code from flash, which part consumes less power?

Hello Reza,

If the part has the same number of peripherals and the same number of IOs, there is no dofference in power when switching bewtween the 128K and 256K part.
