we need the System-Viewer File (.Sfr) for the RM48L952 chip which is compatible with Keil µVision4 and Segger J-Link Ultra+

Where can we get this file?

Hi Frank,

Sorry for taking so long to get back to this.

ARM recommends moving from Keil uVision4 to the ARM Development Studio (DS-5) platform. TI Hercules MCUs are already on the "supported platforms" list.

No more updates are expected from ARM on the uVision4 development environment.
