Need help converting TM4C123x OrCAD symbols to Altium

I am trying to import the TM4C123x OrCAD Symbols Library into Altium Designer. However, Altium can not read the .OLB file. From my research, it seems that Altium can not read OrCAD libraries saved in version 16.3 or later. Has anyone had success importing the library into Altium? To TI: Could you possibly save the OrCAD library in version 16.2 format?
