How to use Hercules Launchpad with 20-pins Jlink debugger?

Hi,

I am trying to access Hercules Launchpad (Ref: http://www.ti.com/lit/ml/spnu587/spnu587.pdf) via Jlink, 20 pin, debugger. But IDE (KEIL UV4) can not detect RM42 DAP. I can see TCK & RTCK contains the clock, and TDI & TDO contains some data signals on Oscilloscope. Also, I can't find any document which describes usage of Hercules Launchpad via 14 pin JTAG.

I mounted connector J12 as referred by schematic and connected TI14 and ARM20 pins as follow.

                        7  (TDO)                        13 (TDO)

                        14 (EMU1)                     No such signal
                        2 (nTRST)                      3 (nTRST)
                        No such signal               15 (nRST) with a pull up resistor (2.7K) to pin 1or 2 of ARM 20
                  4,8,10,12 (GND)                   4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20 (GND)
