Recall past, "depends what the definition of "is" is..."

Register suggested will ID that model MCU - but not "uniquely." (should you be seeking a unique "MCU board" ID... across a number of production MCU boards...

Should that "board uniqueness" (beyond MCU ID) be your goal - serial number w/in a "safe" flash location provides one solution...

And - sad to say - your procuring that past model MCU may provide a greater challenge - perhaps a unique one...
