POWER LOSS RM46L852

Hi,

i connected the RM46 board and gave the power supply and flashing some programs but it is not flashing and giving some target power loss error need to connect the usb emulator or turn on the power supply .i connected the powersupply and USB emulator also but it is not flashing wat's the problem

Can anyone help me (note:the ds2 & ds4 led is not glowing)

Are you using a RM46 USB stick or HDK?

What is giving the "some target power loss error need to connect the usb emulator or turn on the power supply" error?

Hi,

Initially i flashed successfully at that time the four LED's are glowing (DS2,DS5),but right now thethe two LED's are not glowing as mentioned above.

kindly guide us to rectify the error.

You probably blew the fuse. This is easy to do if you were probing IO and accidentally shorted something, say with the ground of your oscilloscope probe.

Fuse is F1. It's either a very small SMD fuse on the top side of the PCB next to the power jack or on newer boards it's a larger fuse on the bottom side of the PCB under the power jack.

thanks for giving some ideas.

Yeah, You are right while connecting the i/o pins shortened with the power supply.

we are trying to clear this issue by understanding the schematics.

Can u tell how to do use CRO probe with grounding to overcome this problem.
