Why are TIVA C Part with only 256KB of Flash So Expensive?

Hello TI team,

I was looking at the TIVA C Family of parts again today and found that the largest Memory Size is 256K Flash

Why is that?

Why are there no 512K or 1M Flash offerings from your TIVA family of parts?

I know you offer the Hercules MCU with Higher Flash and Higher Speeds, but their prices are unbelievable High for an MCU.

For instance the RM46L852PGET is listed at digikey 1K for $19.65 but unit price is $31.46

Will future TIVA C parts offer larger memory sizes?
