RF Solution Recommendations

Is anyone aware of an RF solution for the Tiva C, preferably one that works with and has libraries for the Tiva C Launchpad?

I have seen the Vchip CC1120 Evaluation Kits (http://www.digirf.com/EN/ProView/80.html), and the Anaren Air. But these TI modules are mainly targeted at data transmission and hence are priced accordingly (typical cost at volume is the same price as the Tiva C MCU).

I require a simple and cheap solution for your standard consumer RF remote control that works on 433.92Mhz. With the range of a typical room in a typical house.
