I used CCS 5.4, Halcogen 3.0.6 and TMS470MF06607 MCU.

Example code works perfect on HDK board.

But on my board (see schematic) it works bad.

To convert UART to USB i using "USB 2.0 to RS232 TTL UART Module Converter"

I used settings:

But in result i recieved in terminal:

I tryed to set different baud rate and encoding. Please help me.

Does the same test work on the HDK with your USB/UART converter?

i dont test on the HDK with my USB/UART converter, but i tested by different USB/UART converters. And i sure that converters works normally.

Roman,

I would suggest you to run the same test on HDK with your USB/UART. This will ensure that your USB/UART converter works, which will significantly reduce the debugging time.

I took a look at your schematic. You need to add pull up resistors on SCI RX and TX line.

I tested work on the HDK with my USB/UART converter. it has not given me a new result - trash arrives into the terminal.

Roman,

Did you receive correct data when running your test on HDK with the USB/UART converter? If the answer is yes, there are some issues on your board. Can you add pull up resistors on SCI pins?

I can not receive correct data when running my test on HDK with external the USB/UART converter.

I added pull up resistors on SCI pins - no effect.

Roman,

To be better focused on debugging, I would suggest you to first investigate why HDK does not work with your USB/UART converter.

I see that there are two possibilities. The first thing to check is if your USB/UART converter works or not. You need to verify it by hooking up this converter to other known working device. Then you need to check connections.You can use a scope to monitor the SCI signals.
