Asad,
There are a few TivaWare examples that could help lead you in the right direction.
In the examples for the DK-TM4C123G, usb_host_msc explains how to use a Tiva C Series device as a USB host and how to interface with a USB stick (mass storage class device). In the peripherals folder under 'adc', we have a few examples that show you how to set up code to take samples from the ADC and print them over the UART. You will need to port over this ADC code (and possibly the USB code, depending on what board you are using) for your board. Combining these two projects should allow you to accomplish your goal.

thanks for reply. I already saw that example. usb_host_msc example only show the contents in the usb. can you tell me the command to write the data in usbstick
Thanks.
Asad,
I completely forgot. The qs-logger example for the dk-tm4c123g does exactly what you are looking to do. It takes ADC measurements and writes them to a USB stick. The USB code to write to a USB stick can be found in the usbstick.c file in the qs-logger project.
