Hercules ControlCard CPLD access via XDS100v2 tool

I would like to access the CPLD on the Hercules Control Card(TMS570LS12) by the cpld update tool for XDS100v2 emulator. For the reason to use XDS100v2 tool,the debbugging circuit on the Hercules Control Card is the same as XDS100v2. But it failed. Below is the log when I used the cpld accessing tool.(to find the device id code.) ---------------------------------------- c:\ProgramFiles(x86)\TexasInstruments\ccsv4\common\uscif\ftdi\xds100v2_cpldprog\xds100v2_cpldprog.exe -v 4 idcode.xsvf XSVF Player v5.01, Xilinx, Inc. Found 2 USB 2.x devices !!!ERR: DEVICE NOT CONNECTED!!! ---------------------------------------- I wonder why the result is “Device not connected” . Could anyone tell me how to access the cpld on the Hercules Control Card via USB and cpld programming tool? I would appreciate if anyone reply. Regards, Hiroyasu
