Micro-controller selection

Hi there,

I need to select a micro-controller for our company's new project.

These are the requirements

  • 16 to 32-bit MCU
  • 64 GPIO minimum
  • Flash 1MB
  • RAM 64KB
  • Clock Frequency 100MHz
  • 2 x CAN bus
  • SCI
  • Timers
  • Aerospace application
  • Temp: -40 to +125
  • No floating point
  • Able to procure  part for the next 10 years or more.
  • Previously used in Automotive/Airborne application
  • Low power
  • Size and packaging
  • Cost
  • Certification kit – code coverage with the compiler and multievent profiler.

Anybody have any suggestion. TI website doesn't carry all the information, and it is very difficult to get into their application engineers fort.

Thank you.

Joseph
