The signal EN0TXER is missing from the QFP package of the TM4C129DNC microcontroller. I'm unsure of correct operation with an SMC LAN9303 without this signal. It appears on the BGA package version of this part, but I don't want that package. Was this signal intentionally omitted from the QFP package?

I can find the EN0TXER signal at TM4C129X datasheet. See link below. I believe that is the BGA variant.

In the package that does not have the TX_ER signal, the MAC will provide a corrupt packet so that the downstream device will discard the packet. Therefore, the connected phy will not need the TX_ER input.
