I was wondering if the pins and pin names of the TMS570 in ZWT package (337 pin BGA) exists in an excel spreadsheet somewhere. The reason why I ask is that would save ton of time when the symbol and geometry gets created. Thanks in advance for any help.
Hello Dwayne,
Unfortunately, we don't have an excel spreadsheet like you have asked for. However, we do have vendor neutral CAD/CAE symbols available for download on the product page. The downloads are at the bottom of the page at this link:
http://www.ti.com/product/tms570ls3137
Or, you can download directly from this location on the TI Web site. http://webench.ti.com/cad/cad.cgi?partno=TMS570LS3137
Good answer Chuck,
Ultralbrarian can export to XML (text file) and the pin information looks like this:
<comppin designator="C6" sympin="24" pinswap="0" gateswap="0" gate="1" group="1" side="Left" type="Bi-Directional" name="EMIF_ADDR[8]" innergraphic="None" outergraphic="None"/>
So this would be easy to read in w. any scripting language that supports XML
Although one of the other CAD vendor supported formats might also be easy to use.
