help tiva launchpad out of frequecy

i have a problem i used the mikroc to programa the PWM in the tiva laucnhpad, but when i was program i change the frequency of connection, i read the help buy all say to use the LM Flash Programmer and i used, but it saw ERROR "enable to find a target". and later i used the CCS and debug the blink, but saw to its out of frequency help me please

also use the ENERGIA but its the same and it saw: Failed!

No ICDI device with USB VID:PID 1cbe:00fd found!


  • Has the launchpad ever worked for you?

    Which USB port are you using on the launchpad?

    Is it detected by your computer? Assuming windows, what does the device manager show?

  • The error from the lmflash means it is having trouble communicating the the device, but the ICDI is working.

    1. Verify that the VDD jumper is installed. You can get this error if the target device is unpowered

    2. Change the quickset from lm4f232 to "TM4C123G Launchpad"

    3. Try unlocking the debug port:

    The Tiva device on the Launchpad is a Blizzard class device
