    The value of the internal pullup and pulldowns are indicated in the Terminal Functions section 2.3 of the datasheet (data manual).  Specifically for the I2C interface, you will find this information in Table 2-8 of section 2.3.1.8.  The value is 20uA pullup.

    The specific values, if relevant, is found in similar tables in Section 2.3 of the datasheet.  Choices are 20uA and 100uA (both nominal values).  The range for Iil and Iih are found in Section 3.6. entitled Input/Output Electrical Characteristics Over Recommended Operating Conditions.
